Disconcerting, because Chase.com pages accessed, BEFORE sign-in attempts, all seem to work correctly witho no issues. But... once sign-in info is entered, via the normal sign-in template, it returns a blank page only and stops all activity there with no recourse to click any other link or even close the session (because there is no session yet at that point). The only recourse then is to slam the browser page closed via X, and hope (!) the internal system workings do not actually open and retain an open session without displaying it that way. Make sense?
This unresponsiveness has been going on all day, by two separate account holders an separate accounts and using separate computers.
