Hi I really need to use my card, but I cant see my available balance, does this mean I cant use my card?

getting same thing here. went to bank and tried it on their computer and it worked okk?? changed every thing at bank and it worked ok there, come home and I get the same message again, could it be something in my computer?

Chase has denied me access to my account for over a week due to their blocking of my password, and all my attempts to change my password fail. At best,I get a stupid message saying it looks like this part of their site is not working: at worst, I get an infuriating page saying "We're here to help" and when I enter the information requested, they say they can't identify me in their records. I want to get my money out of such inept, unreliable hands, but there is no way of writing to Chase to demand this. I have been a client of Chase and its predecessors (Chemical Bank) for nearly 60 years but never had a problem like this before.
