Unable to cash a check at branch. Unable to get a live banker at branch for 45 minutes, and when i did get someone, system is only routine maintenance a bold faced lie
Unable to do ANY Banking Online, on phone and in person in CALIFORNIA
I think they been hacked. I have not been able to do ANYTHING for 3.5 hours, even at the branch
When I log in, I see the following warning on top of the window:

It does let me browse around, but it does not let me see my balances or schedule payments.
Error code 386. I can see one of my balances, but not the other.
I access to my account and it is show the error code 386?, how long I need to wait to it's work? i need to do a WT
Code 386 no informati other than site is down how long before I can pay some bills ???
