they need not be charging that late fee,because I've tried and tried,from Friday the 13th.called customer service all u get is recording NO REAL PERSON....

Hi, I called the phone number on the back of my card today 800-442-3142 and made a payment with my checking account. It was an automated system. It did not indicate any fee was charged on top of the net payment amount. I would try that. I paid my bill just in time, it was due today.
