I found a list of EBT Card services. Maybe the one for your state will work.
As usual, password not saved. Now can not reset it as it does not as it can not validate my birthdate:

Why is this site always so buggy???
When all fails, do like I did. Call both phone numbers on your EBT card. If thats fails, call SSA and report it. If that fails, I'd call every local TV News station and make them all do a cover story on all this.
