How long will this problem go on for? Unable to log on

https://www.ebt.acs-inc.com Is the alternate site given but it doesn't work for those of us on the westcoast. Does not have our states listed in the drop down menu.

This is the error I get, "The website you use to access your account has changed. We apologize for this inconvenience. You may continue to use the toll free number on the back of your card to speak to a representative about your account."

So then what is the website if it's changed? Why no redirect to it? And I also noticed that this has been a problem for years now. Read "YEARS"! How long are they planning on drawing this out? Who is responsible for the upkeep? Why aren't they answering our concerns themselves? Has anyone seen a representative in any forum telling us about the problems? Where is a FAQ page?

Of course it's an inconvenience! Maybe if it happened once or twice, but this seems to be a recurring problem and there has been no haste to remedy it, and not enough care to address our concerns about it. Yes, it is all too easy to call the number on the back of the card. But it is just as easy to check things online when you're already online. Now I got to find my phone, dig out my card from my wallet, squint to see the number on the card, dial it and then be prompted to press 1 for english before having to begrudgingly enter the 16 digit number using the touch-tone keypad! Really?!?! Somebody at Chase EBT division, please, we implore, give us some reprieve!
