Cannot log in to my account.

For some weeks when I try to log in at: https://ucard.chase.com/chp it says in red lettering about my user name, "The website you use to access your account has changed.   We apologize for this inconvenience. You may continue to use the toll free number on the back of your card to speak to a representative about your account."

Is this a temporary problem at this website?  Or is there a new webstie that I have not been redirected to yet to access my information?
