I havent been able to log into my SNAP account at the Chase ucard center website for the longest time. Why? I can only call a number on the back of my card to reach an automated system. If the website has changed then don't you think it would be considerate to inform the customer of the details of the change and how they are to now be able to access their account information on-line? Please Chase, do the right thing here and give answer to questions that have generated due to your lack of attention to your website that doesnt work properly.
