I've tried to watch CBS All Access for several days. It just keeps spinnning and won't load any programs.

CBS Access app comes on but continues to spin and gives error code Uvp-1011. It has been 2 days now get this fixed! Netflix works fine so does all the other apps. Your CBS app has problems. Fix it now
