Won't load shows

I use ROKU and CBS All Access will not load any of its shows on any of my Rokus.  You see about 1/5 off the "loading" bar is blue but then  it just sits for close to a minute before a msg pops up saying content won't play right now.  That's as if today, 11/23/19.  Prior to today (and for several weejs) I'd noticed that CBS AA had becone very slow in loading any show episodes.  About 45 seconds of watching loading bar just sit there before it would finally load and play back shows.  Also, if I try to rewind or do :15 jump, playback will freeze and I have to repeat hit home button to finally make Roku reboot.  VERY FRUSTRATING.
