Cannot get it to load anything on my Smart TV LG I can get it to load and play on my phone but not my TV. Netflix and everything else please

Every app in my Lg tv is working except for CBS all acess I cant live stream anything or watch new episodes the next day it doesn't give me an error it just a black screen and it wont load and than it freezes.
