UVP-1011 Error

Plays sound no video. Have restarted the app multiple times. This has been occuring at least twice per week for several months. VERY FRUSTRATING! I have found that if you let teh commercial play and let the episode play for 30 seconds before hitting OK, the video will play as long as you choose "continue episode".
