Finally figured a work around for this error code. When the Error Code UVP-1011 shows up, with sound but no image, let the show continue to play. Get past the commercials and the first start of the show. Then exit the show, leave the CBS app entirely. Reopen the app and click on the show and episode. It should prompt you and ask if you want to continue watching from where you left off. Select yes, the show should then play.
