UVP-1001 UVP-1011

ME to CBS All Access Customer Support:

Can't watch on Kindle fire TV,  2 of them. Can't watch on Android phone, wifi or LTE. Only thing working is Xbox one. All devices same error UVP-1011 or UVP-1001, it hasn't worked for weeks and I know I'm not the only one . WTF is the problem?

Thank you for contacting CBS All Access.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  Our records indicate you have a XBox 360.  We no longer support that device, as Sony has stopped supporting and updating.

Activity shows your streaming was fine up to February 2, 2019.  Please ensure when using your Android phone, to use WiFi instead of Data.  Please inform if this is a fix for you.

They don't have customer support as you can see. I don't have an XBOX 360 and Sony certainly has never supported a Microsoft device. Its just a monkey or AI spitting out garbage. If it doesn't work for you my recomendation is to cancel because they don't know why it doesn't work, or if you have Fire-Tv subscribe to the channel via Amazon , for some reason Amazons CBS All Acess subscription channel works perfectly, costs the same and is probably a lot more responsive to problems.
