Unable to access any shows

When I try to access a show/tc program the system goes into a wait (spinning circle) after about a minute the message appears that there is an error in the system and to try again later.  tried several times 30 to 60 minutes apart ended up with same result. Try again this mornings my with the same result. Looks like I need to cancel -after only three days of starting service.
