the app has been down almost all day. we cannot keep a show on without the waiting circle and the uvp-1011 error code coming constantly

we restart the firestick, unplug and plug in several times a day and it has not helped.  it is getting very frustrating.  i have notified our cable company because we have their internet.  the company is inland networks in roslyn washington.  they have been helpful and we have had a work order with workers come up and check the house.  not the problem.
