Commercials play fine, shows only audio - video is a green screen with some weird color

Abolutely won't load - tried uninstalling the APP on Amazon Fire and worked for a few minutes then shut down again. Any update on this at all?
No episodes from Y &R will play. Get blank screen and no play button. Has been like this for 3 days. Can't watch on TV because of news cast interruptions and now can't even watch online when things to do are limited!
