Programs keep getting frozen and now is down

I keep ha trouble with CBS streaming it keeps getting frozen after a couple of shows and now it's been down for like 20 minutes with a message saying Uh-oh. An error has occurred but we are working to fix it its not my internet because all of my other apps are working fine
