We have been unable to access CBS app--loads; however, when I select a show, I get the error code "unfortunately, an error occurred during playback. Please try again." I have rebooted my device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my Roku. This is happening no matter which TV or device I use. Please advise.
