THIS HAPPENS TO ME SEVERAL TIMES A DAY NO MATTER WHICH DEVICE I AM ATTEMPTING TO STREAM ON. SOMETIMES IT TAKES ME OVER AN HOUR TO FINALLY GET THE VIDEO TO LOAD. IT EITHER GIVES ME A message stating the following:
"Sorry, this video is currently unavailable. Please try again. Need additional help? Check out our troubleshooting tips here(here= a useless link that DOES NOT provide any help). Error Code: 2002"
This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. CBS IS JOHNNY ON THE SPOT TO TAKE $ OFF MY CREDIT CARD (OFTEN a day or 2 BEFORE my billing date) ... but any issues I have they have ZERO urgency to resolve. Time to say goodbye to CBS I guess. I was only paying the $9.99/mo for a single show anyhow. I'll just have to pirate the episodes. I tried to pay the $ the honest way but as it turns out the people who are putting it online to be viewed "illegally" (who dont make a penny off my views) care more about me than CBS who is taking my money each month! I have tried contacti h customer service ar CBS without a single response. So as ABC show "What would you do" would say... WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WERE ME!?!?
