Unable to load with fire stick but works on I phone error code up-1001
Fire stick will not play CBS All Access. Click on show to play and it "spins and spins". Then, an error message (UVP-1011) comes up. Able to stream other apps on the Fire Stick. I tried to delete the cache on the Fire Stick under CBS All Access, but that did not work. I tried to restart the Fire Stick several times, but that did not work. What's going on? It's been four days now!
I gad to sign out and resign in it worked
I just tried this (sign out, sign in) and it worked for me too. The app now runs thru my FireStick just fine - like nothing had happened!! Magic!!!
