Figured out a work around for this error code UVP-1011. When it shows up, sound but no image, don’t select okay, and let the show continue to play. Let the commercials and the start of the show play. After the show starts, hit ok and exit. Then leave the CBS app entirely. Reopen the app and click on the same show and episode. It should prompt and ask if you‘d like to continue watching from where you last left off. Select yes, the show should then load and play.
