Been getting this for the past 2 days on my Amazon Fire TV Stick. I can use the Netflix app just fine, so it's not my internet connection. I tried restarting the Fire Stick to see if that fixed the problem with the CBS All Access app but it didn't help. I can open the app, but when I choose an episode from any of the programs in my list, the episode won't load and I get the UVP-2011 error.
same issue as previous comment from Kate Warner. Keep getting error UVM-1011. Using amazon fire stick and have been for a couple of years and have had cbs access pretty much this whole time with no issues. The problem is on cbs access end. I pay for this derive, please fix this app.
I got it fixed. I ended up signing out of the app and then signing back in and that fixed it for now. Along the top menu, go to settings, and then in the account option, sign out and then sign back in. See if that works.
thanks. It also works to uninstall and reinstall but its not a permanent fix. Your fix is faster so I’ll try that WHEN it happens again. Really irritating and not a word from CBS Access about any kind of fix. Considering were for This, you’d think they would be more on top of it.
