Error occurred try again later. loads but won't play any episodes

I have to try 12-20 times in succession before it will connect, sometimes I can’t connect at all. Sometimes it looks as though it’s connecting and then it goes to the Error Message.
I’ve tried to connect to another show and it does the same thing
