Why am I still receiving an Error Code 2004 after I talked to Customer Service over a week ago? I submitted a new report about Error Code 2004 today and again mentioned that I was not the only person with this problem; with a link to this website https://sitedown.co/cbs-all-access.

Yes, this is happening at our place since January 1st 2020 as well. No communication from CBS either. After I sent them an detailed error report on the subject.
