I have not been able to play past episodes of any show for 3 weeks now (since Aug. 27). Have been with Customer Service twice. Tried every fix recommended. They did give me a 10% credit on my next membership renewal. But a credit doesn't matter at some point. With the new Star Trek series "Picard" coming in Septmeber, what a disappointment if I have to cancel.
