Show is playing but has the "erroe3404" over it. If you click ok, takes you back to home.

4 days with this issue. CBS.com/help had no information. Called customer support and, after 30 minutes, was told to delete the app and re install it. I did and still have the same issue. I also duplicated the issue on 3 other TVs in the house.
I have had the same problem for the past 4-5 days. The show is playing, but has the "error 3404" message over it. I can also hear the audio. WHAT CAN FIX THIS?
