Able to access CBS app on LG tv, but then when trying to watch the episode, we get an error message.

I added cbs all access to my LG smart TV and I'll get one commercial then the error 3492 pops up. My favorite programs are CBS, actually it's the only station I watch. Sure would like to kno how to correct this
