Down for 3 days now

CBS All-Access hasn't worked since Friday 11/22/2019. This is now day 3 of not being able to use the app. I have tried the usual fixes for Roku (deletd the channel, rebooted Roku, re-installed the channel), but the app is still not working. It allows me to sign in and load all the content, but when it starts to load a show, all I get is an error stating something went wrong and to try again later. I emailed CBS twice and haven't received a response back except for the automatic "we received your email and someone will contact you". This is day 3 of not being able to use the site. This is becoming way too common an issue with CBS. It's time to cancel.
