for the past few 4-5 days we have had more buffering than actuall show time.. making it impossible to actually watch a recorded show.. can someone please fix this. might as well cancel if this continues...

Took an hour to see 44 min show. Almost constant "Loading" screen. Buffering in other words.
Took 33 min to watch 13 min segment of a show. What gives?
I am having the same constant buffering and UVP 1011 error message. Takes 45 mins to watch a 30 min show. I am trying out this app on a 1 week free trial. So far, not interested in buying! please fix!!!
