We are on DurectTv and we are experiencing problems with all NCIS programs and FBI programs. Goes blank no sound and acts like there is digital problems as well. This does NOT occur dur commercials. How do I fix it.

Many shows on CBS in Syracuse along with NBC and CW6 are showing old pre-recorded shows and their logo during commercials. When will you fix this "cyber" attack? Seems to me you must have the technology to repair your station. Paying viewers through Dish Network are pretty disgusted as we pay for local channels and are getting nothing for our money.
