Won't load app or web site

I tried to log in into capitalone app and it seems like is not working I got a message stating" itlooks like we need to fix someting, we're working on it" I tried to log in from my computer and it says "the site can not be reached"  what's going on? I been trying for several days and nothing!!! We need this issue fixed asap!
