website is not working

Been trying to log in since i received my card, I want to pay off my acct now, i signed up for email statements, asked them if they could send me a statement, but it wont come till after my due date, guess i will be late, But going forward going to pay this card off and send it back,, this is unaceptable, this is how you trick folks into paying late fees, I rather be cardless, such a huge dissapointment . i cant even get a response cause it wont let me log in
