Can't pay my bill, help! It's been over a week now.

I've been unable to log in for more than a month. I had to make telephone contact to pay my C1-360 bill.  I can go through the login screen, but just as I enter my password, I get a message that says "Oops! We've hit a snag. Try again later" or "We Hit a Snag.  Looks like something went wrong, so we're working on it. Please try again in a bit"  ... Help!
