This solution is the easiest.... TETHER TO YOUR PHONE. I have connected multiple computers to my phone and tested it and all of them are able to access capitalone.com with no issues. Online banking works flawless. This issue Im almost sure has to do with Comcast screwing up something with IP addresses or something of that sort. Screen shot included below of proof. Hackers Inc. is my tethering name for my phone lol. You can see from the date and time this was just now I took this screenshot....

I do have comcast and have been having this issue....My mom has Verizon fios and says she's not had any issues.

I have comcast at work, at&t for phone and home internet. None of them are working to get to the main site. The mobile site is working on all. I suspect they have been hacked and are trying to cover it up.
