Use Tor browser. Search and download the Tor browser package and you will be able to go access all of Capital One websites. Screen shot included below. Something crazy is going on cause all Tor browser does is allow you to surf without being detected by anyone. Why Capital One cant be accessed regularly with my normal IP is nuts

Just became disable veterant and waiting for my disability money to kick to be able to pay my credit card . I was only getting SS benefits if I get another opportunity I can start paying 100.00 dollars.
