Problem started Sat 12/23 and continues now.  I have been getting this message box when trying to pay the bill. I have tried on two different computers on two different networks at two different sites with both Firefox 57 and IE 11.0.9600. I have tried it with all AV, network and browser protection software not running. I phoned the issue in on Mon 12/18 to CapitalOne support and explained the steps I took to narrow down the issue. He was not familiar with the problem. I told him to Google it and he would get multiple hits. He said he would escalate the problem and get back to me. Let's see. This issue looks like a CapitalOne problem. I have no other options but to snail mail a check. Or call and pay over the phone. PIA.
