Capital One has an evasive answer to any question resolving this issue and when they are going to repair it. They now want to reset passwords and send an alternate login address. It is become abundantly clear they have no clue what is going on and try to act as if each of us is such a surprise. I know at least a dozen people personally having the same issues.
