Capital One Online Banking still not loading...

... yet the credit card portion and the rest of the site seems relatively fine. Why are so many banking/credit card sites not working properly lately? I'm thinking it's a Comcast/XFinity issue because when I used an alternate provider, all of the sites I was having issues logging into worked perfectly. This has been going on for some time now and it is quite annoying when it comes to checking on account statuses and paying bills.

I just spoke with Capital One. They will not confim they are experiencing a cyber attack but they also did not deny it! That's confirmation in my book. Wish they would be honest with their customers. Time for me to move my business and personal accounts to another bank.
