cant log into my banking account

I havent been able to log into my online banking account for several days. Though I CAN log into my credit card account. Just called capital one, but the CS guy tells me there are compatibility problems when they try to update their websites. They are working on it, of couse. I am more curious why this issue is not metioned on their website, fb, twitter or on the news...
