Look I have been getting this message for like 6 months and noone can seem to help me with it. This is ridiculious and I wish that they could fix it already. Anyone offer any advice? I have cleaned cache, used different browsers, I am out of options.

I have been trying to log in to several of my accounts for weeks. so I gave them a call. no luck there either just a big waste of time and a "we will check with tech support and get back to you."
site asks for phone number. does not work. so I click on sencondary feature which gave me the phone number to call.
Funny. when I was on hold waiting for customer service to answer a message comes across on how easy it is to access the online features for this card. REALLY?
