submit the log in and it just keeps going back to the log in screen.

Having a problem with Capital one lately. Scheduled payment has been taken out of saving account for some reason when I set it up to get taking out of my checking account. This month's payment has already been taken out on the 9th and they have posted another transaction that I never schedule for. So I wanted to check my account status and went on to the web site. Can not sign in at all.... No matter how many times I've tried. Please someone tell me how I can go by sign in so I can check/edit(if need to) my account.
