Cannot get past new security screen

After logging in a new security screen appears telling me to click on tab for security code to emailed to me. It shows enough of my email address that I know it is the I have used with Capital One for years, However, after clicking tab for email no email is received. Without the promised security code I cannot access my account. I can't believe I am the only one to experience this. I have tried re-booting my computer and nothing changes. What the hel is going on?!?

This new security screen is bogus. It presents a choice of either your email or your cell phone number to receive a security code that youneed to enter to get past this security screen and actually access your account. Here's the thing. THERE IS NO CHOICE!! I want to select my email to receive the security code but the selection is stick on my cell phone number. I don't own a cell phone and this so-called security screen will not allow me to access my credit card account. Is this Capital One's way of compelling me to get a cell phone?

I have been having nothing but problems with this! I call everyday they just keep telling me 7-10 business days it has been 10 business days now. what is goiung on????
