Can access on using phone data connection but not via home internet connection

Cannot access on phone if wireless connection to home internet is active. Need to disable wireless connection and use phone data connection.

Cannot access through my PC. I had to disable wireless and use phone data connection. I have comcast and they have been having major issues with everything!
