Tower down in Lockhart Texas. No phone service for over a week now.

There is a tower down in Lockhart Texas 787644. Our phones have not been able to call out or text out in over a week. My elderly mother and grandmother have not been able to call out for help if they need to in over a week. This is crazy. Why are we paying for 4 lines and none of them can call out or call for help...We can not even call 911. If this continues we will have no choice but to change carriers.
