Service turned off, unable to access account, etc

This has to be one of the worst company EVER. I've been having issues with Boost since the beginning of February, trying to access my account through the website or app. But ever since they left the old app for this new BoostOne app, I'm unable too. I contacted support dozens of time and they just keep giving me the run around. On March 4 my phone service was turned off. Due to me being unable to access my account through the website or app, I couldn't pay. I tried calling and going to different stores and they were either not answering the phone or closed. I tired boist support again and they told me it was nothing they could do, so I've been without service since (almost 2 weeks now). I just want my port out pin so I can leave this horrible company. If anyone hears about a class action lawsuit please let me know by replying. This company definitely needs to be shut down.
