Not bale to make or receive calls. i have called the 611 number for trouble shooting

I am not able to receive or make calls. My data does not work with out wi-fi I just paid my bill yetserday. I have 3 lines that do not work unless I am not at house. That has never happened before and itbis bery frustarting. My daughter also has boost and her service does not work either. As soon as we oir area nothing works.
