No phone or text service

I am sick to death of these people telling me to reset my phone, do this do that, you need a new sim!! They will not admit that their alleged "maintenance/upgraded" in my area was not done properly!! I went out today and my phone worked perfectly, as soon as I pulled into my apt complex, the phone went off!! When are they going to fix it!???
