Can't log in to our account and received weird messages about signing up for some app

My husband received a msg that he just signed up for some $5/mo "mini me" on Boost and if it's not cancelled by the 19th he'll be charged it reoccurring. I received an email stating pretty much the same thing except when I tried logging in to my account, it said experiencing tech difficulties.
