ALL BOOST phones on my account CANNOT SEND OR RECIEVE texts or calls as of 12:30 PM today. My daughter is also BOOST MOBILE - same for her AND her family. Seems our service went out on BOOST at 12:30 PM. The ONLY way you can communicate RIGHT NOW is DUO.
